One of my favourites and a breakfast treat. High in protein, omega 3 and essential fatty acids. Note sliced banana - generally use half a banana and have occasionally, not every day.
- 3 egg whites (large eggs)
- 1 scoop chocolate protein (i-Supp Quantum/Skinni Minni)
- 15g flaxseed (or 15g oats on a carb day)
- Spoonful of coconut oil
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients well
- Heat coconut oil in a non-stick pan
- Pour in mixture and cook for 3 mins on each side
